70% of the world's body armor is "made in China"

In the actual combat test of individual bulletproof equipment in June, the bullet resistance rate of the domestic QGF03 helmet reached 100%.

In 2016, China's bulletproof helmets were exported to the international market, and domestic body armor accounted for 70% of the global body armor market.

Another enterprise, Chengdu Hairong Special Textile Co., Ltd., mainly produces supporting special textile materials such as life-saving umbrellas, resistance umbrellas, heavy airdrop umbrellas, spacecraft recovery umbrellas, paratrooper umbrellas, etc., and more than 80% of the high-tech special textile materials such as para-aramid, meta-aramid and heterocyclic aramid used in the field of aviation life-saving in China are developed and produced by it.

At present, the technical indicators of China's new materials have caught up with Russia and other countries, changing the dependence on imports of new special textile materials.
